Yes! We are happy to request estimates – or predeterminations – from your insurance company. We are familiar with literally hundreds of insurance companies and our experts can help you decipher your plan and find out what is covered. We will communicate with your insurer for you and fill out forms as needed, saving you the hassle. We’re here to make your insurance easier for you while maximizing the coverage you’ve already paid for. Ask us for assistance!

As every patient’s needs are different, it’s very difficult to estimate the cost of treatment until a thorough examination has been completed. At that time, we’ll discuss treatment options with you and explain your choices in detail. We’ll help you decide upon your best option. Next, we’ll provide you with a predetermination which will show you how much your insurance coverage will pay and what you will be responsible for.

In many cases, both treatment and/or payments can be extended over time, and we can discuss that with you when you’re here. We always provide quotes and fees are never hidden. We also encourage you to ask any questions you may have so that you can receive your care with confidence.

At Dental Health Associates, we believe that you should receive all the care you need, whenever possible, in the practice where you receive your general dentistry care. That’s why we have multiple specialists available to help complete your treatment plans. With on-site orthodontists, periodontists (gum specialists), endodontists (root canal therapy), pedodontists (children’s dentists), and more, we can ensure the continuity of your care. There’s no risk of records lost in transit. There are no delays in communication as in most cases, the dentists and specialists work – literally – side by side at the practice. Also, with this level of specialist care available, there’s no need to travel to an unknown, distant practice. One more way we maximize convenience for you and your family!
Invisalign as an incredibly popular way for adults to straighten their teeth … invisibly! Our patients are thrilled with the convenience of being able to eat their favorite foods and maintain an easy home care routine, and of course, not wear traditional band and bracket braces. Invisalign Teen is an increasingly popular treatment for our younger patients as they’re clear and virtually invisible while providing a discrete way to get straighter teeth without impacting their self-esteem.
With any sports that present even the smallest risk of contact, a sports mouthguard should be worn. This includes basketball, football, hockey, soccer, rugby, and skateboarding, for example. Professionally fitted sports mouthguards do a much superior job at protecting your teeth, cheeks, lips, tongue, gums, and jaw than store-bought boil-and-bite mouthguards as they’re fitted to your unique smile to increase comfort and allow for easier breathing.

Each of our 10 Dental Health Associates practices set their own hours. Please visit our Locations page to determine the most convenient practice for you and your family. You’ll find the hours listed for you on each practice’s unique page.

Yes! Many of our practices have team members who speak different languages. All in all, our practices provide care in over fifteen different languages! Please phone your preferred practice to inquire.
At Dental Health Associates, we provide three types on sedation – Nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral (pill), and IV sedation. After a conversation with your dentist in which you’ll discuss your medical history, they will help you decide which avenue is best for you. If you are an anxious or fearful patient, sedation can effectively lessen your symptoms to allow you to receive the care you need, want, and deserve. Never be embarrassed; always ask us for help!
